Founder Todd spent years in the trade — first in the workshop, then on site — watching agencies fill gaps with hit-and-miss fitters who were expensive, inconsistent, and rarely invested in the work.

So in 2019 he went out on his own, managing his own team and handling everything himself: install management, invoicing, site meetings, the lot. Covid shut the sites down soon after, but he kept going, expanding the business into residential cabinet fitting, yachts and beyond.

The challenge that defined those early years never changed: good people are hard to find, and harder to keep. So that became the mission. With Operations Director Isaac joining in 2022, the company doubled in size for three consecutive years. Todd reinvesting everything to build something that would last.

Today InJoinery operates from Dalston, with a settled presence throughout London and the Cotswolds. We've built a community of joiners who believe in the company and in each other — selective about who joins us, and committed to looking after them. Because consistency, reliability, and genuine care for the craft can't be hired by the day.
