Every project is different, and so is the level of support you need

Initial contact
Get in touch by email or phone. We'll have an initial conversation to understand your needs.
Project scoping
We'll review the project details to properly scope the work, assessing programme, technical requirements, and any other specifics.
Proposal & contract
You'll receive a clear scope of work, project contract, and deposit request. Everything documented, nothing ambiguous.
Booking confirmation
We stay in touch ahead of your start date and try to offer as much flexibility as we can.
Pre-installation prep
Our team reviews drawings, arranges logistics, and ensures everything's ready before we arrive on-site.
Installation & daily updates
Work begins with full site briefings. You get updates via WhatsApp and direct access to our site team throughout.
Completion & sign-off
Final checks, snagging, and formal sign-off. The job isn't done until you're completely satisfied.
After-care & maintenance
The size of our team allows us to send fitters to remedy any issues that might have cropped up or ongoing maintenance issues with your joinery. Our service doesn't end after sign-off.
